ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Name of Position: Accounts, HR and Admin Assistant

Job type: Administrative, Full-Time, Immediate Position

Personnel in charge: None

Assignment overview: provide day-to-day support in broad-spectrum Accounting, HR and Administrative functions

 

Employee Duties & Responsibilities

– Handle mails & courier service

– Plan meetings appointments (internal and external) and handle the schedule of the Scientific Executive Director

– Prepares standard and routine reports, presentations, memorandums, letters, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings using software applications like word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, charts databases.

– Maintains a variety of files and other reports and retrieves them as requested by staff.

– Welcomes incoming visitors and directs them to proper staff members.

– Submit purchase request for office general purchases

– Check the statement of accounts

– Check purchase invoices and expense claims

– Simple data entries and accounting tasks

– Arrange flight & accommodation for travellers

– Employment pass applications and renewals

– Perform adhoc tasks assigned.

 

Report to

Senior Accountant & Executive Assistant

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

– No work experience is required. However, experience in Admin/ HR/ Accounting would be preferred

– Excellent English reading and writing skills (can read and write English mail);

– Management of administrative processes

– Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes

– Proficient Computer Skills

– Ability to maintain confidentiality

– Familiar with basic responsibilities of personnel administration; familiar with Singapore labour relations

– Work is meticulous, serious, responsible, strong in execution, and proactive;

– Cheerful and outgoing, flexible and able to multitask.

Salary range: SGD3,000 to SGD4,000
