5-year anniversary of CNRS@CREATE
On October 4, 2024, CNRS@CREATE held a cocktail reception in Chinatown, Singapore, to celebrate its 5-Year Anniversary.
With CNRS@CREATE – its first overseas subsidiary, the CNRS (French National Centre for Scientific Research) integrated the esteemed CREATE campus, which acts as a dynamic hub for innovation and excellence. CREATE presents a unique environment where distinguished research teams from across the globe can collaborate.
Over these five years, the achievements of CNRS@CREATE are remarkable. With 11 thoughtfully curated projects engaging more than 30 partner institutions from France and Singapore, along with a workforce exceeding 100 individuals and an investment nearing 40 million euros, CNRS@CREATE is a pivotal force for the CNRS in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Its success is a testament to the dedication of all contributors and the effective partnership between France and Singapore in nurturing innovation and knowledge transfer.
The event also provided a moment to recognize the essential partnerships formed with academic and industrial stakeholders in Singapore. Their invaluable support has significantly advanced CNRS@CREATE research objectives.
CNRS@CREATE expresses sincere gratitude to the National Research Foundation of Singapore and CREATE for their unwavering support, trust, and guidance over the years.
